Before You Begin...

Discharge Static Electricity

Wear an anti-static wrist strap fastened to a suitable ground point at all

times when handling the PCI-SB card, as shown in Figure 17.

The strap protects the card from damage and prevents you from damaging the com-

puter motherboard or other components during the installation process.
